2 weeks in to the new stricter FSA Full Regime for sale and rent back (SRB), our information leads us to believe that our FSA authorised partner is the only company with the full range of FSA authorised permissions.

We believe there are 4 other firms authorised to carry out SRB activities.  Two of these 4 firms can make offers and then pass your details to another firm to buy your property (such as our partner), another of the firms can buy your property but cannot make offers across multiple SRB providers, the fourth firm simply has permission to administer existing SRB agreements.

We therefore believe that our partner is currently the only firm offering a multiple-provider one-stop solution for people wishing to sell and rent back their home.
