FSA authorised underwriters are now permanently located in our office, to offer immediate sale and rent back (SRB) advice and service.

Although Buy House is not itself authorised to carry out sale and rent back activities, our FSA authorised partner now has some of its underwriters permanently located in our office. This means that anyone contacting us about sale and rent back will be able to immediately speak to an FSA authorised advisor.

This tight partnership allows Buy House to offer enquirers the best possible range of services, including sale and rent back advice and service provided immediately by our FSA authorised partner.

We are not authorised by the FSA to undertake regulated activities for Sale and Rent Back, but we are authorised under our Consumer Credit License to fact-find and present options then introduce to our FSA authorised partner, from whom we may receive a fee.
