We are professional and ethical family run firm of property investors/landlords who wish to help people who need (or wish) to sell their house quickly. We have become so well respected by one building society that they invited us to their head office to ask our advice!!!

We have been trading since 2002 and have a mandate to retain each property for at least 100 years. We help around 100 families each year by buying their house quickly and, often, renting it back to them. As members of the National Landlord Association, we put our tenants first - we treat our customers as we ourselves would wish to be treated.

We usually aim to complete our purchases within one month of first speaking to you but, if you want more time then, we will be patient and wait for you. In exceptional circumstances, we can exchange contracts within only a few days and provide a cash advance (useful to stop an imminent eviction).

In order to determine whether or not we can help, we will need to understand your situation (i.e. how much your home is worth, how much you owe on your mortgage and any other debts secured on your home, etc.). We can discuss most of this via email or telephone, but would be delighted to meet you face-to-face if you prefer.
