Sell my house and rent it back!

Over the years we have helped hunderds of families who no longer wished to have the burden of a mortgage looming over their heads, by buying their house and renting it back to them.

We were one of the first professional landlords to offer this service and adhered to a strict ethical code of practice.   Now that this industry is regulated by the FSA you can be more assured of a safe service.

Sale and rent back might be useful in a variety of circumstances. For example if a homeowner has become fed up with the burden of maintaining their home, or if they wish to release equity in order to enjoy life or to clear debts and never have to worry about mortgage payments again.

So how does it work?

Well, once you have made contact with us we would ask you a few questions to assess your requirements and monthly affordability of rent. Our overall goal is to ensure you can continue living in your home at a rent you can afford.

Once we know what you need to achieve we may advise that Sale and Rent Back (SRB) is a possible option for you.   If this is the case we would seamlessly pass you over to our FSA authorised partner firm who will provide specialised advice and make the necessary arrangements if they are confident that SRB is a sensible option for you.  They would make a customised offer to you based upon your requirements.

The SRB scheme has several hidden benefits.  For example, no-one needs to know that you have undertaken this transaction - everyone operates with total discretion.  There are no fees to pay for the service, and no credit checks will be undertaken.

Furthermore, because our FSA authorised partner firm would become your landlord, they will become responsible for expensive maintenance tasks including maintaining your gas boiler every year.  Also, you would no longer need to pay for buildings insurance - you would only need to insure your contents.

SRB is not always the best option. Our FSA authorised partner will discuss options with you.
