How our service works

We will discuss your situation with you and, if we can, we will offer to buy your home from you. We are property investors and will offer you a trade price for your property (usually between 60% and 70% of the property''s market value) so that we can complete the purchase quickly (usually within one month). We will consider buying a property that is in any condition (e.g. even if it needs a new roof) and in any part of England, Wales and Scotland.
There are no fees for you to pay, as you do not need to use an estate agent and do not need a HIP.

If you accept our offer then you will need a solicitor to sell your house to us. We will provide a fast experienced solicitor for you, and pay their fees. We will arrange for our surveyor to inspect your property so that we can plan for any necessary repairs or improvements.
3.
Once your solicitor and ours are happy that everything is ready, we can "complete" the purchase and you will receive your money directly into your bank account (your solicitor will first repay for you your mortgage and secured debts, where appropriate).
Option 1.
If you went for the Sale and Rent Back option via our FSA authorised partner, then you can now put your feet up and relax!!
They will have agreed the terms of your rent during Step 1 of discussions. Under certain circumstances they may be able to agree for you to stay RENT FREE for a period of time.
Option 2.
If you agreed an option to buy-back your home in the future, then you can now start to save your money and call our FSA authorised partner when you''re ready to buy back. You will have agreed the price and time period for your buy-back option during discussions of Step 1.
